Scalable Data Segregation in Shared Environments
This presentation introduces a practical and scalable approach to data segregation in environments shared by multiple entities. I will demonstrate how to design a flexible access control model based on product or service subscriptions, enabling consistent permissions across different system modules.
The proposed solution makes it easy to meet even complex visibility requirements through a simple, non-technical interface. Additionally, I will outline key performance guidelines to ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and efficient system operation.

What are ServiceNow Meetups by SPOC?
We are a group of enthusiasts who have been involved with ServiceNow for over 15 years. We know that although the technology is already "warmed up", there is still a lack of a tech community in Poland dealing with this platform. That is why we decided to change this and in spring 2024 we launched a group and meetings.
Our mission is to promote good practices, improve skills and gain experience among ServiceNow technology specialists, developers, architects, platform owners and platform development team leaders.
We do it by organizing online and on-site meetings, workshops, and presentations for the ServiceNow community in Poland. This space promotes people, their skills, knowledge, and experience.
